As far as upgrades go, you typically get the most bang for your buck with a full kitchen remodel.
- Make Your House Less of a Home: This piece of advice may sound a bit odd at first, particularly because the personal touches you’ve put on your house are what truly makes it feel like home. The thing to remember though, is that buyers want to envision your house not as your home, but as their home. As a result, the more personalized touches you have in your house, the less that a potential buyer might be able to envision living there. Take this time to organize and store your personalized items. Allowing the buyer to truly envision the space as his or her own can go a long way toward helping you make the sale.
