GayRealEstate.com was founded over 25 years ago and is gay owned & operated. We've always been committed to giving back to our community, recognizing it truly takes a village. GayRealEstate.com provides local grants and gifts to communities nationwide. In addition, we provide monthly financial assistance to the 21 National LGBTQ non-profits listed below. We will never stop defending, supporting and fighting for our LGBTQ community.

AVER is a non-profit Veterans Service organization committed to ensuring full and equal rights for all members of the U.S. Armed Forces, past and present, regardless of their sexual orientation. It is also the oldest and largest chapter-based, all-volunteer national LGBTQ Veterans Service Organization (VSO) in the United States, and the nation’s only LGBTQ VSO recognized by the Veterans Administration. They also tackle issues that affect all service members, veterans, and their families, such as: military sexual trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), veterans’ unemployment, and suicide rates that badly demean the honor of our nation and the sacrifices made by all patriots who serve to defend our sacred liberty.

The goal of the Family Equality Council is to advance legal and lived equality for LGBTQ families and those who wish to form them by strengthening our communities, transforming hearts and minds, and by leading the way for policy change. They believe that every person should have the right and opportunity to form and sustain a loving family, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, national origin, geography, socioeconomic status, disability, or any intersection of these characteristics.

GLSEN was founded in 1990 by a small, but dedicated group of teachers in Massachusetts who came together to improve an education system that too frequently allows its LGBTQ students to be bullied, discriminated against, and/or ignored. Now, GLSEN is the nation’s leading education organization focused on ensuring safe and affirming schools for LGBTQ students.

Their mission is to tackle tough issues affecting the LGBTQ community, change the historical narrative, and provoke meaningful dialogue that changes our culture for the better. The GLBT National Help Center is a non-profit organization that has been providing peer-support, community connections, and resource information for people with questions regarding sexual orientation and/or gender identity since 1996. It consists of a group of committed LGBTQ volunteers who help youth and adults with issues such as: coming-out, safe-sex information, school bullying, family concerns, relationship problems, and much more. Thanks to the GLBT Help Center, even the most isolated individuals have access to support.

The mission of SAGE is simple: they make aging better for LGBT people nationwide. They provide a wide array of resources intended specifically for the well-being of elder LGBTQ community members. MSF has been working to erase hate for over 20 years. It was founded in honor of Matthew Shepard, a 21-year-old student at the University of Wyoming who was brutally attacked and left to die in a field outside of Laramie, Wyoming due to his sexual orientation. Through outreach, advocacy, and resource programs, MSF empowers individuals to embrace human dignity and diversity, and they strive to replace hate with understanding, compassion, and acceptance.
