Clayton’s background and passion for real estate began years ago, being from a family in custom homebuilding. Early in his career, he honed his skills in customer service and management while owning and buying for his clothing and home furnishing boutique in West University/Southside place area of Houston. The skills learned during this venture come in to play while giving his client’s guidance in home staging and marketing for their homes. He prides himself in educating himself on trends in the market and in technology.
Clayton took his career to the next level by obtaining additional education and experience to become a Texas Real Estate Broker. His contacts from attending River Oaks Baptist and Episcopal High School come into play throughout the Houston Area.
After a brief leave to attend Colorado State University, Clayton returned to build a strong local business built on referral and customer satisfaction. Clayton joined Cynthia Hill Properties in 2011 located in the historic Houston Heights. He is a current resident of the Heights and is versed in the happenings around that area including the nearby inner loop neighborhoods.
Clayton has been proud to call Houston home much of the last 33 years and will use the local knowledge to deliver top dollar for your home sale or purchase.
