Having flipped houses and staged homes for decades I put my passion into real estate helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Living on Long Island in Merrick, Manhattan and Maplewood New Jersey has given me a deep understanding of many areas and I am licensed in both states. In addition having owned homes on Fire Island. Currently I have a Lake Home on Upper Greenwood Lake on the border of New York and New Jersey.

I find that working with the LGBT community very satisfying as there are many questions I myself would have regarding the climate of the population and any concerns that may come about. My husband and I raised our daughter in some very wonderful communities with excellent school systems. Every buyer is different and my only goal is to make sure most of your wishes come true while also making sure your dream home does not come with any surprises down the road.

Sellers have the advantage of my years as a designer and making some very affordable changes that will hopefully get your selling price higher.
