With an MA in American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, she combines academic insight with practical expertise, specializing in residential sales, luxury properties, investment opportunities, and affordable housing developments.
Throughout her distinguished career with her Brokerage, Shannon has built a reputation for exceptional client service and market knowledge. Her portfolio includes high-profile projects such as Ward Village developments and Allure Waikiki, demonstrating her capability to navigate complex transactions across diverse market segments.
Shannon's approach centers on understanding both the tangible and intangible aspects of Hawaii real estate. Her experience spans the full spectrum—from military personnel and first-time homebuyers to sophisticated investors, 1031 exchanges, and Waikiki specialists.
A passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Shannon serves as a founding member of the Rainbow Chamber of Commerce and board member of the Hawaii LGBT Legacy Foundation. Her commitment to service extends throughout Oahu, where she has chaired events benefiting elementary schools and volunteered with Project Visitation, reuniting siblings separated in foster care.
Born in Texas, Shannon visited Honolulu in 1993 and never left. After earning her MA in 1996, she worked for a developer before entering real estate. Since 2016, she has been married to her partner Lidia of 20 years. Together with their rescue dog Lani, they call Hawaii home.
