I'm originally from Moodus, Connecticut where my family had a summer resort. I spent 42 years in Philadelphia, first as a fine arts major at Temple University, then in the restaurant business and then owned and ran a successful business (The Flower Man) for 32 years involving flower shops, large special events and garden installations. I was also a commercial landlord during this same period. I'm fun, competent, a great photographer, an impeccable stager and a top notch negotiator, along with being a very charming certified relocation specialist. In my spare time, I love to swim, play pickleball, travel and help others.
