We had the pleasure of finding Alex and Derek when searching for a Colorado-based realtor to assist us in our search for our new home in Lakewood, CO. We were relocating from Houston.
To start, we had a lengthy conversation about what we were looking for. After the call, they set us up in their database which sent properties to us which fit what we were looking for. Then when we had selected a bunch of homes we were interested in, we travelled to CO and they showed us 11 homes which we wanted to see. Above and beyond support. We had an excellent experience with Alex and his team. We were living on the East Coast and only had a few opportunities to look at properties in person. We got connected to Alex via GayRealEstate.com Prior to our first visit to Denver, Alex provided us with a lot of information and also set up a flow of listings that fit what we were looking for. Alex was super communicative and really listened to us as we began narrowing the number of places we were interested in. He conducted many video tours for us when we weren't able to be there in person. When we finally landed on a place, we did the entire closing remotely. Since there was about a month between our closing and when we moved to Denver, Alex was kind enough to even install some basic privacy features (like temporary window shades) so that the house didn't look vacant. It gave us a lot of peace of mind.
