The Detroit Shoreway neighborhood is near Lake Erie and is home to Cleveland’s LGBT center. It’s a progressive arts neighborhood full of creative individuals. Single family homes start out at around $60,000. The more expensive houses in the area are priced between $300,000 and $400,000.
Finally, the Edgewater area, especially the neighborhood between Clifton and Baltic, is a historic area where you’re sure to see a few rainbow flags flying on a daily basis. It’s also home to a few gay bars and has an active gay scene. Single family homes start out at around $50,000. The more expensive homes in this area are priced at half a million or more.
