Miami Gay Neighborhoods
Miami, Florida, is the center of the Miami Metro Area. The city itself is home to around 400,000 people, while the metro has over 5.5 million residents, making it the eighth-most populous metro in the U.S. Miami has a large seaport and serves as a major financial, cultural, and commercial city for the southeastern U.S. The city is also a major tourism hub, and its cruise port is one of the busiest in the world.
Miami’s gay ghetto is Shore Crest. This neighborhood has a number of shops, restaurants, and other businesses, a number of which are owned by members of the LGBT community. It’s also close to the beach.
Single family houses in Shore Crest start at around $75,000 and range up to $475,000. There aren’t many condos in this area.
