Phoenix is a very gay-friendly city that welcomes people of all walks of life with its 300+ days of sunshine and perfect weather.
There’s a lot do to outdoors in Phoenix. You can go sailing over the beautiful landscape in a hot-air balloon, ride horseback through vistas you can’t find anywhere else, and enjoy a round of golf. In fact, Phoenix has over 200 golf courses, something that brings amateurs and pros alike to the city. There are many luxury resorts to be found here that cater to your every whim. If you need an escape from the daily grind, a few hours here will make you feel like a new person.
Phoenix is a fairly spread-out city, and its LGBT population is, too. There’s not a gay district per se, although a good number of LGBT businesses and the Central Phoenix LGBT Community Center can be found in the Melrose District. There aren’t many homes in this area, though.
