About Tim

Tim is a full-time REALTOR since 2018. Outside of being a REALTOR, Tim plays an active role with PEI Real Estate Association as President Elect and is a Member of the MLS Technology Committee and MLS System and Standard Forms. Tim owes his success as REALTOR to his prior role in Operations Management for over 15 years, which allowed him to build relationships that have followed him into real estate. When it comes to clients, Tim is a firm believer that if you don't take care of your clients, someone else will. If you take care of your clients, the business will take care of itself.

With a true passion for driving, he gets to blend work and play. When not assisting clients, he can be found exploring new restaurants and taking in the stunning water views on one of three of the PEI Coastal Drives. Born and raised on PEI, Tim's roots take him back to the warm south shore waters of Canoe Cove but he has called Cornwall home for the last eight years.

Tim looks forward to continuing to serve his clients and the Members of the PEI Real Estate Association.
