About Jason

Jason is a highly-driven sales professional in the real estate industry serving Dane County and the surrounding area. He is passionate about representing his clients and establishing long-term relationships assisting them with their real estate needs. For many people, buying and selling their home is the largest financial investment they will make and he strives to make it the most efficient and pleasant experience possible.

Jason started in real estate by chance over 15 years ago as an an assistant to one of the top foreclosure agents in the area. She taught him how to be compassionate to clients that are going through a tough housing transition. This inspired him to help clients before they lose their home and assist them with short-sale scenarios.

When Jason purchased his first home, he was single, and living from paycheck to paycheck. He thought, "how can I purchase a home?" He ended up purchasing a two-unit, this allowed him to have someone pay more than half of his mortgage, all while not having any roommates. Since then he's helped others realize the value in purchasing investment properties and can help you do the same. Don't think you want to be a landlord because of the "hassle?" In his free time Jason enjoys home improvement projects, working in the yard, spending time with those closest to him and hanging out with his golden retriever, Charlie.
