About Louise

I have lived in the Eastern Panhandle of WV for almost 20 years, but I lived and worked in major metropolitan areas for many years before, so I appreciate both what is gained, and lost in a small town environment. Like many of my clients with roots in cities, I appreciate that this is a dynamic, involved, diverse community with fabulous opportunities for outdoor recreation on land and water. It is a great pleasure to share my enthusiasm for this community and to help new LGBTQ residents feel comfortable and at home.

Many years ago, I started in real estate as an investor and property manager in Florida and Illinois, so I know the challenges of negotiating the process of owning and managing property. Becoming a Realtor was like coming homea new way to see a long-familiar and exciting world. Whether you are buying or selling a property,

My background is in education with an undergraduate degree from Carleton College and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Minnesota. Part of the task of education is making people feel comfortable and appreciated so they are empowered to learn and grow in life. My work at Dandridge is similar in that I help our clients find the home that makes them light up and gives them energy and peace of mind so they can be their best selves.

Likewise, my experience and Dandridges marketing reach, using technology and AI, can bring the best qualified buyers in other areas to a property being soldso the sellers can move on to the next phase in their lives.
