I pride myself with attention to detail and getting to know exactly what a client is looking for in a home or area. I love to explore, allowing me to show home buyers what the "locals" do and get a sense of what area is calling a buyers name. Knowing the market helps with planning, negotiating and finding not just a house but finding a home. Those same skills help me work with a seller to customize marketing plans and help sellers move on to their next adventure in life. I'm a member of several local organizations to try to help sustain our beautiful area in the PNW and donate to local charities with each purchase or sale.
