About Nancy

Nancy understands what it is like to be a client. Relocating several times...buying and selling her own properties...Nancy is sensitive towards her clients' journey. Also, known for her commitment to clients and impressive sales record, providing tailored real estate solutions.

Prior to getting her real estate license, Nancy had a long career in Broadcasting Media, specializing in research and promotion in Arizona, Florida and Northern California. She can explain how a TV station operates, and tell you some crazy behind the scene stories in a busy newsroom.

In 2007, as a hobby, Nancy began remodeling her own home which sparked an interest in construction. Later, she learned every aspect of building a house to be an "owner- builder", and having two young children running around a construction zone house.

Then in late 2009, Nancy decided to become an investor / property manager. She bought MAJOR fixers. rehabbed them and turned into rentals. Since then she has been managing her four personal rentals

Nancy is a huge volunteer at her son's school. She is a Band Booster Parent and travels with the Marching Band.
