Wayne is a licensed Realtor based in Utah with a deep-rooted passion for real estate and a sharp eye for investment opportunities. Though newly licensed in September 2024, Wayne brings over a decade of real estate experience with more than 100 successful transactions as a rental investor and house flipper across Washington, Indiana, and Illinois.

A Long Island native, Wayne earned his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and Accounting from Indiana University in 2011 and later completed a Master of Science in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics from the University of Washington. His analytical background and entrepreneurial mindset fuel his ability to evaluate properties through both a lifestyle and financial lens.

Wayne specializes in luxury homes and resort-town properties, particularly in the Park City area where he now resides. His extensive knowledge of mortgage productsincluding DSCR, asset depletion, and investor-focused financinggives his clients an edge when navigating complex deals.
