Hey there! I’m Fernando — Austin-based REALTOR®, born-and-raised Texan, part-time actor, award-winning screenwriter, and full-time hype man for first-time homebuyers. If buying a home feels overwhelming (especially in a brand-new city), take a breath — I’ve got you.

I work with everyday folks ready to stop renting, build wealth, and start fresh — especially relocators. California transplants, I see you. I spent 12 years in LA (Hollywood and Studio City), so I know what it’s like to trade freeways for tacos — and yes, I’ll help you settle the What-A-Burger vs. In-N-Out debate.

I grew up in McAllen, TX, raised by a REALTOR® dad and a guidance counselor mom. After graduating valedictorian, I earned my marketing degree from Texas A&M (Magna Cum Laude, WHOOP!). Then came LA: 20+ TV roles, award-winning screenplays, best-selling novels, and even a Marvel superhero cameo. (IMDB me, I dare you!)
As fun as Hollywood was, I found my purpose helping people create lasting security through homeownership. Today, I guide first-time buyers and relocators with smart tips, honest advice, and plenty of good vibes. I don’t sugarcoat or pressure — I educate, advocate, and celebrate your wins like the GBF REALTOR® you never knew you needed.

When I’m not showing homes, you’ll catch me paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake, biking Walnut Creek trails, or playing sand volleyball with my LGBTQIA+ league. I’m big on community, active with fundraisers like the Hill Country Ride for AIDS, and love sharing renovation hacks on social media and YouTube.

I’m fluent in Spanish, trained in marketing, and self-taught in design, carpentry, and painting — giving me an eye for potential that helps my clients see it, too. Whether you’re moving across the street or across the country, I’ll walk you through it with humor, heart, and hustle.
