As a native Houstonian, Toni brings unmatched knowledge of the city and its many neighborhoods to every real estate transaction. With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Houston–Downtown and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University, Toni draws from her 15+ years as an educator to guide, inform, and advocate for her clients with clarity and confidence.
As a full-time REALTOR®, Toni has helped dozens of families successfully buy or sell their dream homes. She specializes in supporting first-time homebuyers with education and step-by-step guidance, while also assisting sellers in preparing, pricing, and marketing their properties for top-dollar results. Her deep understanding of the local market, attention to detail, and strategic approach make her an invaluable partner whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or investing.
