My story with real estate started much like everyone else. I chose my home and my neighborhood as a safe place to live and create good memories. I invested in my community through involvement with the neighborhood and local organizations to better my life and for all living there.
I understand the importance of building equity in a home and the benefits that it can provide for yourself and the surrounding neighborhood. It was this reason that I sold my first home with a substantial profit and invested it in a new construction townhome in an area that was transitioning.
I used friends that were realtors to help with the sale and purchase of my properties. I began to realize the value and appreciation for real estate and the partnerships you develop throughout the community you live.
Accelerate to present day and you find me with a Real Estate license and co-owner of an Interior Design company that we use to benefit our own investing, personal flipping of properties and in serving our existing and new clients. Sometimes you find the perfect home in a great neighborhood yet the home needs some TLC. I am able to bring in design consultants that are experts in visualizing what the home could be.
I understand the importance of finding the right neighborhood and your home for each client depending on their individual needs and protecting their interest and ensuring they are in a welcoming area.
With todays ever changing landscape of real estate apps, online brokerages and new construction, it is a must to have a REALTOR who can research and understand the area a client is investing that no app or online service can do. Having a human interaction with someone that actually cares for their clients can make a huge difference. So while I know there are thousands of realtors in the market place and even the online brokerage presence, I would love the opportunity to earn your trust and business with your real estate needs.
Please keep in mind that as a buyer you have no broker fees since they are all paid for by the seller. If you are a seller there are broker fees which are all upfront and not hidden within the small print of apps and online brokerages.
