Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ashley brings a relationship-first approach to real estate and a deep commitment to client service. She launched her real estate career in 2020 after nearly 14 years working behind the scenes in title and lending. This experience laid the foundation for a business built on trust, communication, and attention to detail.

Ashley has helped nearly 200 families buy or sell homes throughout Rapid City and the Black Hills. She averages around 35 transactions annually and works with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and those relocating to or from the area. Her calm presence and solutions-focused mindset make her a trusted guide in any market.

She holds multiple designations—ABR, CRS, GRI, SRS, PSA, AHWD, e-PRO, and C2EX—is a licensed South Dakota Broker and a commissioned notary. Ashley serves as a State Director for the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and is active on the Education Committee. Her work has earned her the REALTOR® Mark of Excellence Award, the 2022 Rising Star Award, and recognition as the Top Miracle Agent in South Dakota for both 2023 and 2024. In 2025, she was named a Brokerage Torchbearer, recognized as one of the top five Brokerage agents under 40 in the state.
