About Ashley

Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ashley has built a real estate career rooted in relationships, local expertise, and exceptional client service. Her professional journey began in the family’s auto tint business, where she learned the importance of customer care. She went on to earn a degree in Business Management and Marketing, along with a certificate in Bookkeeping, later working as an Escrow Assistant and Closing Specialist for nearly 14 years combined.

This behind-the-scenes experience laid the groundwork for her success as a REALTOR®. Since becoming licensed in 2020, Ashley has helped over 170 families buy or sell homes across Rapid City and the Black Hills, averaging 35 transactions annually. She works with a diverse range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to move-up buyers and relocations—bringing a calm presence, clear communication, and problem-solving mindset to each transaction.

Ashley is a licensed South Dakota Broker and holds multiple professional designations, including ABR, CRS, SRS, PSA, AHWD, e-PRO, and C2EX. She currently serves on the board of directors and education committee for the South Dakota Association of REALTORS®. Her dedication to the industry has earned her several honors, including the 2022 Rising Star Award, the REALTOR® Mark of Excellence, and recognition as South Dakota’s Top Miracle Agent for 2023 and 2024. In 2025, she was named a Torchbearer, placing her among the top five agents in her company under 40 in the state.

Known for her full-service, relationship-driven approach, Ashley has over 60 verified five-star Google reviews and continues to guide her clients well beyond the closing table. She is also a licensed notary and an active community volunteer who enjoys spending time with her family and living the same values she helps others find through homeownership.
