About Lydia

Whether you’re a design-minded dreamer looking for a mid-century unicorn, moving from out of state & not sure where to land, or a first-time buyer in need of a gentle guide – I'm a skilled negotiator with an eye for design and a knack for finding homes with great bones. As your realtor & teammate, I’ll hustle hard on your behalf- with kindness, integrity, and a good listening ear- ensuring you feel empowered & cared for throughout the home-buying process.

I’ve got a grab-bag of past lives that inform how I show up. For nearly two decades, I was a union organizer/negotiator on the state and national level- helping workers across sectors and industries join together and become leaders in the fight for better wages & benefits, a voice on the job, and political power. I’ve been a landscape designer, event florist, and have a deep well of experience with home renovation & property management under my belt.

Looking for a friendly face to orient you to the city? I love playing tour guide. After 20 years living in Portland, I wear the city like a pair of old blue jeans. Whether you’re moving cross-country or to a new-to-you neighborhood- I’ve got the hot scoop on the metro area’s coolest areas, best bites, secret gems, and up & coming pockets.

In today’s competitive landscape, sellers often have more than one offer to choose from. Cash can be Queen- but it’s not always what wins. I’ll help you craft a winning offer that gets to YES and sets you up for homeowner success. When it comes time to negotiate, my decades of high-level bargaining experience & deep knowledge of the Portland Metro market means you can feel confident you're getting the best deal possible.
