Welcome, I am so happy you are considering moving to Portland. The Portland area has a thriving LGBQT+ community and has one of the highest percentages of people identifying as LGBQT+ which makes me proud to live and thrive here. As with any place, you're probably asking "is Portland right for me?", and rightly so. It's a huge life decision to get up and move. I'm happy to speak with you FRANKLY about the Pro's and Con's of living in such a liberal place.... you're welcome to pick my brains. But if you do end up determining Portland is right for you, I'd love to help you. I'm a Top Producer for my brokerage office, and a majority of my business comes from repeat clients (yes, even lesbian clients). I've been selling real estate for over a decade, I know this market and have bought and sold several of my own properties here. I specialize in getting you into the right home! I'm happy to send you out a list of LGBTQ+ organizations/clubs that are offered here in Portland (From Timberfish Swim Club, Lumberjack Rugby Club, Gay Bowling, The Lesbian Choir, Queer Cheerleading to Gay Softball and Queer Kickball).....

Blake is absolutely outstanding! The materials he created for our home was absolutely stunning. I believe that had a lot to do with how quickly we received our offer. He was reasonable, logical, and super honest about what could be done. We took his advice and followed his lead and that lead to just an amazing outcome. He helped us through some very difficult times with the buyer, kept us focused on the goal, and helped to remove so much of the noise. Blake was an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel so fortunate to have found him when I was searching for a new home and then when I needed to sell. He was informative and patient with me, as a first time buyer, and went out of his way to help me coordinate my move in. He kept in touch to check in on the home and assisted me in finding service providers when I needed to conduct maintenance.
