About Charity

As a North Carolina native, USAF veteran, and architecture graduate with over 16 years in commercial project management, I bring deep construction expertise and military relocation experience to every buyer I serve. Today, I’m a top-producing buyer’s agent with my Real Estate Brokerage, one of the top 40 teams in the region. I specialize in helping LGBTQ+ clients, military families, and first-time buyers navigate the Southeast NC real estate market with confidence, clarity, and strategy.

With 7+ years in residential real estate and a strong reputation with local co-brokes, I’ve developed winning offer strategies and problem-solving approaches that get results. I also hold both the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations to better serve my clients. I live and work in Wilmington and love everything about the coastal lifestyle. When I’m not helping my clients buy their dream home, I’m likely walking the beach, doing yoga, or supporting my LGBTQ+ and veteran communities.
