Hi, I’m Jess! Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do. Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent over 12 years serving my community in law enforcement, a career that sharpened my attention to detail, organization, and commitment to protecting what matters most.

Now I bring those same qualities to real estate here in Wilmington, a place I’ve loved since childhood and am proud to call home. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding several families through buying and selling homes — including some wonderful clients I’ve met right here on this site.

Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me soaking up the outdoors — whether that’s sitting on the beach, exploring new spots around town, or spending time with my partner and our pup. I also stay active in the community through Stonewall Sports, where I enjoy connecting with others and being part of Wilmington’s LGBTQIA+ community.
