About Carrie Ann

Carrie Ann’s connection to the mountains of Western North Carolina runs deep. Her love for the region began during childhood summers spent visiting her Mawmaw and Pawpaw in Henderson County, planting the early seeds of what would become a lifelong passion for these rolling hills, vibrant communities, and peaceful trails.

She went on to attend Brevard College, nestled just outside Pisgah National Forest, where she deepened her appreciation for the area's natural beauty and tight-knit culture. After spending several years building her career in Iowa and Philadelphia, Carrie Ann felt a powerful pull back to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and in 2016, she returned home to stay.

Today, she brings her lived experience, deep local knowledge, and values-driven approach to help others put down roots in the region that shaped her.

At the heart of Carrie Ann Chandler’s real estate practice is a mission to serve Western North Carolina with heart, honesty, and humanity. Every client deserves not just a home, but a home buying or selling experience that feels safe, supported, and truly seen. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer in Asheville, a growing family in Hendersonville, or relocating to Brevard for a fresh start, Carrie Ann is here to guide you with care and clarity.

Tami and I had a wonderful experience with Carrie Ann. She was an excellent listener and worked tirelessly to help us find the house that we wanted. She was in close contact with us throughout the entire process. In my opinion, she went far above her job description to see that our needs were met. After the closing, when the extreme cold front came through, she told us how to protect the house and pipes and came out when it was over to turn the water off in the kitchen sink and check for broken pipes. She is much more than a real estate agent to us. She is a friend who has been with us every step of the way. We are thankful every day that we chose her from the GayRealEstate.com website!
