We really wanted to work with someone from the LGBT community who knew the area and could help us through the entire process. Sue was a perfect fit and was incredibly proactive and helpful every step of the process and we enjoyed working with her immensely. We did a lot of the purchasing remotely, talking with Sue quite frequently and getting regular updates from her. Once we identified several properties we were interested in, we came down for a few days and visited the properties and identified the one we wanted. Sue had done such a great job helping us narrow down what we wanted, it only took that one trip. Sue then walked us through all the steps of the closing process. The only other property I have ever purchased was in another state and the way things worked were quite different so it was great to get her advice.
