About Troy
Troy has an architecture degree and began his career designing theme park attractions for Walt Disney Imagineering, developing multi-million dollar entertainment projects himself. While navigating through various creative companies, he also flipped several homes on the West Coast and in the Mid-West.
When Troy looks at properties, he visually edits them down to their simplest lines, allowing room for the inhabitant to imagine a functional and freeing expression of the lifestyle they hope to create. Troy is an associate member of Asheville’s chapter of American Institute of Architects and spends his time attending art openings, having lunch with architects, and visiting their projects.
Troy is involved in yoga and men’s spiritual communities both in Asheville and abroad. He is currently looking for ways for both men and women to support each other with different co-housing opportunities, as part of his overall interest in working with developers to meet niche housing demands, such as aging in place and one level living.

We feel really fortunate to have had Troy as our realtor in our recent search and purchase of a home in Hendersonville NC. In what can be a scary process, Troy was a calm and confident presence. He took the time to learn more about us in order to understand what we wanted in a home and put effort into finding homes that might suit us specifically. I also appreciated the fact that he offered his opinion when we asked for it and pointed out potential problem areas that we might have otherwise overlooked.
Troy was easy to communicate with, always followed up quickly and walked us through the process so we knew what to expect next. Even though our budget wasn't huge he still gave us high budget attention and made us feel comfortable. He was also fun and we looked forward to spending time with him and now consider him a friend.
