About Maria

She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) the Ostego-Delaware Board of Realtors/MLS, One Key MLS (Albany-Montauk) and the Ulster County Board of Realtors® (UCBR) with top producer status for six consecutive years. She joined her current group in 2016.

Maria’s cultivated relationships within the local real estate and home building ecosystem that she leverages for her clients—rural and city brokers, artisans, contractors, and architects (many of whom she’s worked with renovating her own Catskills properties). She’s especially interested in and has extensive experience with Green Builds.

Maria’s background as a creative in fashion styling and prop/set design gives her a discerning eye and attention to detail that creative professionals appreciate.

Maria lives in Ulster County and volunteers for Franny’s Firewood, whose mission is to deliver free firewood to members of the community struggling to heat their homes. She spent the pandemic baking LOTS of bread and donating it to the nearby Phoenicia food pantry. She’s proud to be a part of the LGBT community.
