Greetings to the Rainbow Community! 25 year veteran Real Estate Agent licensed in New York, New Jersey and Florida. I have a bit more depth than the average realtor with more than 1,000 closed transactions as well as a Masters in Real Estate from NYU. I am a native NY'er - born in Queens NY and raised in the Hudson Valley. I live 2 miles from the NJ Border and have been active in both states for more than 25 years. I have also been a Florida resident for the past 20 years splitting my time between the two all year round. My NY Home is in Hudson Valley in close proximity to Nyack/White Plains/TZ Bridge Corridor. I know the entire Metropolitan region from Montauk to Manhattan to Kingston very well. I go where my clients ask me to go!
