Longtime REALTOR®. Katrina has been a licensed real estate agent for approximately 19 years.

Proven track record. She has helped buyers and sellers since 2006 with transaction prices ranging from $124K to $1.5M, and an average sale of approximately $378K

Her Texas real estate license is active through July 31, 2026. And soon to be licensed in NY state.

Community Engagement & Civic Leadership
Katrina was appointed to the City of Dallas Historic Commission Task Force, and to the Fort Worth Avenue TIF District Board by Dallas City Council. She ran an all-volunteer campaign for Dallas City Council in 2025 and garnered 40% of the vote against a 3-time incumbent that was financially backed by prominent Texas Republicans.

In 2015, Katrina founded and manages the Oak Cliff Ladies Club, a group boasting 6,000+ members, aimed at building community engagement among women. And she leads OCLC Good Trouble - a group of 800 women engaged in left-leaning politics and causes.

In her spare time, she enjoys annoying her teenager, playing games with family and friends, caring for her cat (Madame President), and traveling near and far.
