About Adrienne

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Adrienne first fell in love with Santa Fe while attending St. John's College in the late 1980s. After a decade in San Francisco and earning her MFA in creative writing from the University of San Francisco, she made Santa Fe her permanent home in 2003.

Adrienne has worked in Santa Fe real estate for over 20 years exclusively with Sotheby’s International Realty, first as an Office Administrator, then as a licensed Broker starting in 2016. Since then, she has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully transact across all price ranges in residential, commercial, and vacant land sales. Her clients range from first-time home buyers to investors, luxury buyers, out-of-town clients, and everyone in between.

Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, Adrienne brings exceptional service and integrity to every transaction. Her background in restaurant management makes her especially responsive, organized, and efficient. Clients benefit from her tireless support and energetic partnership throughout the buying or selling process.

Licensed since 2005, Adrienne is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, she earned the Santa Fe Specialist designation, a 30-hour course focused on Santa Fe’s unique history, culture, arts, and its impact on local real estate practice. She also holds designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).
