Hi! I’m Ian—licensed Realtor since 2020, former healthcare professional, and firm believer that buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My healthcare background taught me to lead with empathy, patience, and good communication… skills I now use daily to guide clients with zero pressure and lots of support.

My husband and I, originally from Colorado and fell in love with Las Cruces—the sunshine, the mountains, the friendly locals, the food (obviously), and the fast-growing LGBTQ+ community that makes this city feel so welcoming.

I have experience in new construction (design selections are my jam) and I’m equally savvy with resale homes for buyers and sellers. Whether you want something brand-new, a charming classic, or aren’t sure yet, I’m here to make the journey smooth—and fun.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me exploring local trails, trying new restaurants, or finding ways to bring more color and community to Las Cruces.
