Welcome to LivinginBmore! Im Susan B. Carroll, a dedicated real estate professional and proud Maryland resident. My journey in real estate began with a passion for connecting people to homes that resonate with their lifestyles and aspirations. Over the years, Ive had the privilege of helping thousands of clients find their perfect homes here in Charm City.

I relocated to Baltimore from Boston almost 20 years ago and have livedand owned homesin several of the citys great neighborhoods. As a lifelong advocate for all things local, I invest my time, energy, and money in making Baltimore a better place to live, work, and thrive. Im a proud sustaining member of WTMD public radio and have deep roots in Baltimores local food scene, having worked as a Farmers Market Manager and continuing to support Maryland farmers by visiting local markets weekly.

My commitment to sustainability led me to serve as Program Director for the Baltimore Energy Challenge, where I worked alongside Civic Works and AmeriCorps volunteers to help residents save energy and money. My background as a political and labor organizer keeps me engaged in local elections, supporting candidates and serving as a city election officer. While I may have retired my #19 jersey, I was a founding member of the Charm City Roller Girlsone of Baltimores most badass communities. These days, when Im not working, youll find me and my wife tending to my vegetable and herb garden, planting wildflowers, while my two boys grow like weeds.
