About Frances

My name is Frances (Fran) and I became a realtor in the fall of 2016, follow a lengthy career in corporate marketing. I often refer to myself a The Practical Realtor because I help my client think through the implications of their home selections. For example, say a couple outlines their dream home as an open concept with lots of light and storage space, but they add that they want the charm of a 1920s bungalow that they saw on Property Brothers. I will help them understand the contraction in their plans and will take them to examples of each layout to see which one really meets their dreams.

I love meeting new people and there's no better way to do that than through real estate. I've had clients that were professional musicians, college professors, theater lovers, theater performers, new parents, and senior citizens. I've learned from them all and hopefully, they learned more about home ownership from me.
