Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions most people make — and it shouldn’t feel confusing, rushed, or intimidating. I work with clients who value clarity, transparency, and thoughtful guidance throughout the entire real estate process. My role is to help you understand your options, anticipate challenges before they arise, and make confident, informed decisions that align with your goals — whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, or making a long-term investment.

Before entering real estate, I spent over 20 years working as an engineer and business leader, helping organizations navigate complex, high-stakes decisions. My background includes formal training in accounting, experience with property valuation and tax assessment, and leadership roles focused on risk analysis, long-term value, and data-driven strategy. That analytical foundation directly informs how I approach pricing, negotiations, and helping clients understand the true implications of their choices beyond the surface of a home.

I also bring hands-on experience as a real estate owner and operator. Alongside my husband, I co-founded a boutique short-term rental business, overseeing property acquisition, renovation, furnishing, pricing strategy, and ongoing operations. This perspective allows me to help buyers think realistically about homes as both living spaces and long-term assets.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to feel safe, respected, and genuinely represented when navigating housing decisions. I’m committed to creating an affirming, judgment-free experience where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered at every step. I hold an MBA and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci ADKAR change management certifications. My background includes formal training in accounting, valuation, and risk analysis, as well as decades of experience guiding complex, high-stakes decisions. In real estate, this translates to strong pricing strategy, contract fluency, negotiation skill, and a calm, structured approach that helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions.
