The Ewa Plain and Waikiki led the way with the most single-family home and condominium sales on Oahu in September, according to the Honolulu Board of Realtors. But both submarkets saw decreases in sales when compared to the same month last year. For instance, there were 41 single-family homes sold in the Ewa Plain, which includes Ewa Beach and Kapolei, last month, a drop of 15 percent from September 2011.
