Ross began his real estate career in 2008 as a freshman in college, becoming licensed at the age of 18. He attended undergrad at Georgia College for business management followed by grad school at the UGA for historic preservation. As a gay person born and raised in small-town Georgia, he understands the importance of having a trusted advisor who understands that point of view through shared or similar life experiences.
In the world of historic preservation, Ross has a broad range of practical hands-on experience rehabilitating and repurposing historic buildings and an understanding of the complex economic and political challenges of historic preservation across the state, including application of federal and state historic preservation tax credits.
Ross is based out of Milledgeville and also has homes in Atlanta and Savannah, serving all three markets.
