David has lived in metro Atlanta since 1977. He bought his first home at age 18 and immediately knew that he loved everything about real estate. He obtained his real estate license at age 21 and worked as a sales associate for 20 years. He earned various awards and designations (Million Dollar Club, Agent of the Month, Top Producer). In 2002, he obtained his Georgia Broker's license.
In 2005, David opened his own independent real estate company serving metro Atlanta. His goal is to have a flexible, forward thinking company that can see the future direction of the Atlanta real estate market and quickly adapt to the current market trends, leveraging off new technologies in order to truly give clients the world class service they deserve. David's brokerage is also one of the few real estate companies in Atlanta that is an LGBTQ+ certified business.
David proudly continues his career-long membership in the National Association of Realtors as well as being on the Atlanta Realtors Association. Year after year, the Atlanta Realtors Association has honored David as one of Atlanta's Top Producing Agents. David is now a member of the Atlanta Life Time Top Producers.
David takes his real estate career very seriously and is continually striving to learn and improve. With all his on-going additional education, he has earned several noteworthy designations: Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR), Certified Real Estate Property Manager (REPM), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, Licensed Georgia and Florida Real Estate Broker, 2016 Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) - the highest recognized accreditation of the National Assoc. of Realtors.

During the real estate recession of 2007-2012, in order to best serve the needs of the community, David went back to class and earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure designation. David is also certified as a HUD foreclosure broker.
In 2008, David earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This accreditation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors and ensures that Sellers have the professional representation they deserve. Only about 4% of all real estate agents have this specialized training.
