I am the only Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) in my office and 1 of 79 (as of 2/2019) in the entire state of GA.
I've been in the Atlanta area since 1992 after graduating from the College of Charleston in SC, so I am familiar with area trends. With a strong background in finance, mortgage, construction and real estate investing, I provide a unique perspective to assisting both buyers and sellers. My financial planning background allows me to see the "big" picture and assist my clients with obtaining their goals. As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, I've honed my skills to counsel clients on certain strategies and focus on getting them maximum value. My mortgage experience helps me streamline the mortgage process for buyers thus reducing the stress of purchasing a home. My experience in construction enables me to advise sellers on what improvements will yield the largest return when selling their home.
In my personal time, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, biking, kayaking, reading, listening to music and spending time with family & friends.
