With over 20 years of sales, marketing & contract negotiation experience, I will work tirelessly to ensure your home buying/selling process is seamless. Whether its providing insight on the real estate industry, finding that unique community for you to call home, helping stage/declutter before listing your home, or skillfully negotiating to maximize your bottom line - I have a problem-solver mindset. Having bought and sold 10 of my own homes throughout the various stages of my life, no transaction was ever the same or simple. I bring that empathy and discernment to every client I represent. Negotiations are always a challenge, it requires creativity and keeping communications open and collaborative. My strategy has always been to understand the bottom-line needs of both parties so I can help deliver your desired outcome. Also, by having completed major remodels of all of my homes (most recently due to Hurricane Ian) - I have gained extensive knowledge in the areas of vetting contractors/remodel professionals as well as how to keep budgets and timelines from spiraling out of control. I was born and raised in South Philadelphia which is where I started my career in marketing in the marine shipping industry. I segued into sales in the railroad transportation industry, working for 2 different Class I railroads and a rail equipment leasing company in Chicago. After a career break to raise my son, I started in the real estate industry and decided sunny Sanibel would be my home. If Im not at home sewing, gardening or riding my Vespa around the island, then Im on the golf course pursuing that elusive great round. I hold a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Temple University in Philadelphia and have also completed coursework in Interior Design at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL. I have over 2 decades of experience in remodeling, decorating and staging homes. I speak Italian fluently.
