About Ginny

I have been in real estate since 1986, starting my career in South Florida before moving to St. Petersburg in 1994. After decades of experience, I rebranded and founded Strong Realty Group in 2023 with one guiding principle: Boutique real estate built around you.

Born in Costa Rica, I am proud of my Spanish heritage and am fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and serve a diverse range of clients. In 2009, I expanded my education with a degree in Interior Design and an Associate of Arts in Design Technology from St. Petersburg College, which gives me additional perspective when helping clients see the possibilities within a home.

I’ve also pursued advanced professional designations to strengthen my knowledge and provide the highest level of service:
GRI – Graduate, REALTOR® Institute

MRP – Military Relocation Professional

St. Petersburg has been my home for more than 30 years, and I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers across many of its unique neighborhoods. One of the things I love most about this city is its inclusivity and thriving LGBTQ+ community—celebrated with one of the largest Pride parades in the country. Since 1996, I’ve shared life with my wife and partner; together we have raised a wonderful daughter and now enjoy the joy of grandchildren.

For me, real estate is deeply personal. It’s not just about selling homes—it is about building relationships, celebrating community, and helping people find the place where their lives can truly flourish.
