About Merritt

Merritt has built a reputation for leadership, service, and results. His career began in hospitality, from private clubs and luxury hotels to consulting globally with Deloitte on premier service standards. When the pandemic reshaped the industry, he pivoted to real estate, quickly rising to become a top agent at his Brokerage, earning numerous awards. Merritt currently serves on the Board of the Flagler County Association of Realtors, where he has strengthened financial stewardship and the Murder Mysteries he has written and directed have raised significant RPAC donations. Committed to community, he also serves on Palm Coast’s Code Enforcement Board. Merritt is an avid cook and shares his home with his partner and two rescue pups.
