Buying a house is always intimidating but buying one, in this crazy market, site unseen is very stressful. James helped us buy our house in St. Petersburg, FL while we were living in Indianapolis, IN. James is super knowledgeable about the market in the St. Pete area and he actively made suggestions and recommendations throughout the process. James showed us properties via FaceTime video, drove through unfamiliar neighborhoods to check out the areas to make sure that the area would be the right place for us. James was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He made himself available at moments notice, any time. He reached out to the sellers/selling agent to get answers to our questions. He stayed on top of all of the steps once our offer was accepted and worked closely with our lender. Having James on the ground, locally, made this long distance purchase a lot less stressful. We highly recommend him.

James did an excellent job in a totally crazy market, professional, component and a great advocate! This was not my first home but I'm new to the area and real estate procedures are quite different from what I was used too, James walked me through the local Norms and even noticed things in the final walkthrough that I had missed (like a missing washer and dryer!) Which of course he got on the phone and had back in the property without impacting closing time.

I would recommend James without reservation. While I had visited St. Petersburg before, I really did not know the residential real estate market at all – and had no idea what a difficult and competitive market it was/is. James was an indispensable font of knowledge and provided me with listings that were well tailored for what I was looking for. I was coming from Washington, DC, and was only in St. Petersburg for brief visits, and James was virtually always able to secure viewings for the times I needed. When I couldn’t get down here to view properties, James did video showings. I had to do a lot remotely, but James managed the inspection, coordinated with the lender, did the final walk through with the inspector, monitored the closing and secured the keys to my new home. James even helped me coordinate with a painter and find cleaners and a gardener! More than anything else, James was a delight to work with and always exhibited patience (which I do admit to requiring at times!) and a terrific sense of humor. I do not know how or if I would have gotten through it without him!
