I spent my early career in restaurants and customer service. Getting into real estate was always an interest of mine but I never had the time to pursue the career. When the pandemic hit and the restaurant industry was changed forever, I realized it was now time to take the leap into a different career. Over the past 4 years I have built a successful business and have plenty of room to continue growing. Spending so much time in customer service, I developed many skills that will be very valuable to you. I know how to keep myself organized in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining quality. Analyzing data is a strength of mine. I know how to dig into statistics and determine value in properties. I will be open and honest as well which is rare in the industry. My goal is to get the best value. If a property is over/under priced, I provide data to support the numbers. This industry is about forming relationships and connections that will build long term. I am not a "turn and burn" realtor. I am not just "in it for the sale". My approach is to ensure all my clients are happy and their expectations exceeded. This approach leads to more business from referrals. I want to be someone you trust to recommend to other which in turn is far more valuable than pushing you into a high-priced property.
