As a Connecticut native and longtime New Yorker, interior designer by education & training and a licensed Real Estate agent by profession, Peter loves sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for design and real estate. Peter received his professional degree in interior design and has served on the faculty at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. His design career includes corporate, hospitality and residential space planning, interior design and decoration, historic preservation and real estate development. Peter's work has appeared in publications including The New York Times and House Beautiful magazine. Since 1975 Peter has purchased, designed, renovated, furnished and sold dozens of properties in NYC, suburban New Jersey, Connecticut and Palm Springs, CA. As a top-selling Realtor, investor, interior designer and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Peter attributes the inter-relationship of interior design and real estate as fundamental to wealth-building.
