About Toby

I'm a native of Colorado Springs and originally acquired my real estate license in 2006 and worked through the recession for 5 years. As other opportunities came up, I moved out of the real estate arena, but I couldn't stay away long. I returned in 2015 and now have broadened the services I offer clients, including buying and selling any type of real estate (land, homes, commercial, investment properties, etc). Also, I now offer services to help land owners sell or lease their property rights for things such as solar, wind, oil & gas, timber, cell towers and more.
