About Melanie

I have worked in the real estate industry since moving to the Sacramento area in 1984. From apartment management to residential and commercial development to appraising property to selling residential real estate - I've seen it all! The depth and breadth of my knowledge and experience will be invaluable to you as a buyer or seller. I hold high standards in my professional and personal life. My focus is selling real estate - satisfying my customers, providing the highest level of service in my marketplace and doing whatever it takes to exceed the expectations of my clients. My partner and I live in Sun City Lincoln Hills. It's a wonderful neighborhood full of friendly people and tons of activities. There are so many great neighborhoods in the greater Sacramento area and through my years as an agent and appraiser I know them all and can point you in the right direction!

On the personal side I volunteer as Vice President and Stage Manager for River City Theatre Company, sing with the renowned choir Schola Cantorum of Sacred Heart Church, play the flute in several community bands and volunteer with my local Rotary Club. On my off days I try to golf - for fun not for money!
