Born in Paris, Ron has an international resume including H.S. in Barcelona Spain, college at Purdue University where he graduated at 19 and The University of Chicago Business School where is studied with such illustrious professors as Milton Friedman and Arthur "Art" Laffer.
Ron started his real estate career in 1989 after many years as a top executive in retail sales and management from Philadelphia to Long Island and finally Southern California where he arrived in 1984. His skills include lightning quick math, economics forecasting which allowed him to accurately call every major real estate crash and boom and a great sense on how to negotiate on behalf of his clients.
