About Katherine & Henrique

With nearly ten years of luxury real estate experience in the Hamptons, Long Island, New York, I have served in all facets: from assisting architectural developers, to boots-on-the-ground hardworking agent, to in-office organizational positions, to assisting in the smooth running and development of a region. In addition to these capacities, I have served as a private outside consultant to top producing real estate agents as well as an organizational assistant at a luxury mortgage brokerage. Prior to my real estate career, my work history includes top production in sales at a Fortune 500 company, pharmaceutical sales, management positions, and five years self-employment interspersed with a variety of simultaneous teaching positions.

I now proudly partner with, my partner and spouse, Henrique, combining our real estate experience together and separately, my luxury real estate career, and his 30+ years-experience in high-end customer service, management and sales. Henrique speaks four languages fluently – written and verbal – in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, with some proficiency in Italian. We have translators on hand for other languages.

We operate as a team.We have offices in Almada, Barriero, and Lisboa. We service the Setúbal District and the southern portion of the Lisboa District.
