Easton, PA's Top LGBT Neighborhoods and Home Prices

Easton, Pennsylvania, sits at the confluence of the Lehigh River and the Delaware River.  It’s located between Philadelphia and New York City, making it ideal for those who want to visit either on a regular basis.  Easton is spilt into four different neighborhoods: Downtown, the South Side, the West Ward, and College Hill, which is where the LGBT community tends to gather.

College Hill is situated in the northern part of Easton in the hilly area.  Lafayette College is located in College Hill, as are a number of art galleries, shops, and restaurants.  The homes here are historic and fairly impressive, something that draws a number of people who are interested in old, grand homes.

College Hill is also a very affordable area when compared to the surrounding cities, especially Philadelphia and New York City.  Condos range from $115,000 to $500,000.  Single family homes can be priced anywhere from $75,000 to almost $7 million, although these larger homes are fairly rare.
